What does the interior design service look like?

Initial contact
We recommend you visit one of our showrooms for an initial chat and this is where you can find lots of inspiration for your project. We have a variety of beautiful displays that show you the quality of our work up close and you never know what might inspire you, changing your renovation plans. Booking this visit in ahead of time will ensure one of our helpful team is available to show you around.
Following this, we would then make an appointment for our designer to visit your property to measure the kitchen, bedroom or home office. If you have architect drawings then we would make an appointment for you to come into the showroom for your design consultation with a designer.

Design consultation
Our expert designers will visit your property to measure the area and discuss your requirements in more detail. They will make recommendations for your space to incorporate your specifications and make suggestions to create your perfect kitchen, bedroom or home office. For kitchens being designed from architect plans the design consultation will take place in the showroom.

Creating the design
After the consultation, our designer will have all of the information they need to start creating your bespoke design. We want you to be able to visualise what your property will look like once the project is finished, so we go beyond mood boards and architectural plans. We will create your kitchen, bedroom or home office design using 3D Computer Aided Design software. This technology allows you to properly see the finished plan for your project.
Our aim is to meet all of the requirements that we discussed during your design consultations and we won’t settle for designs that aren’t perfect.

Sharing the design
We call this stage our ‘presentation’. We will invite you back to the showroom to view our bespoke design for your space. This gives you the opportunity to make any tweaks and changes to the style, layout, colours, materials and smaller details. No changes are too small and we won’t be happy until we know that you are. So, don’t be afraid to tell us how you really feel. After all, this is your home, so you need to ensure you love everything about the final design.

The project pack
Once your kitchen design is perfect, we can start the final preparation process. This involves scheduling your installation and putting together your project pack. This will include the final contract, the plans and the project schedule. We will be completely transparent with you throughout, ensuring there are no nasty surprises or unexpected costs. Our project coordinators will keep in regular contact with you and be on hand to answer any questions that you might have.

The installation
When you turn to our team for assistance with your renovation project, our service includes the installation of your new kitchen, home office or bedroom. We have an excellent team of builders and contractors who work with us to ensure your installation is efficient and stress-free.
