Do you charge a design fee?
No, our design consultations are no obligation and free of charge. Plans and proposals remain property of Ashford Kitchens until an order is placed.
What’s the step by step process?
The first step is to visit our showroom and have a look at our extensive range of kitchens on offer. We would then look to arrange a suitable time within the next few days to arrange for a designer to come and measure your kitchen. (If you have plans for an extension we would invite to meet with our designer in our showroom for your consultation.)
Our designer would then take all the information discussed, along with measurements of your space, and put together a tailored design to meet your requirements. They would then present this to you at a presentation meeting back at our showroom.
Once you’ve decided to place your deposit with us, we would introduce you to our project manager, who will look after the ordering and installation process for you, booking in a fitting date and answering any installation questions you may have.
Do you provide a full renovation service?
At Ashford Kitchens, we pride ourselves in being able to offer a fully project managed service. We have a team of electricians, plumbers, plasterers, tilers, and carpenters to undertake a start to finish service, all brought together by our in house project-management team. All our installers have the appropriate qualifications for work being carried out (Electricians are ‘Part P’ qualified and gas engineers are registered on the ‘Gas Safe’ register.) You will receive certificates for these where required.
